Grange do not offer a returns policy for our Online Shop.

We do accept returns on our products available unless the product;

- Goods that are made to the consumers specification or are clearly personalised; and
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: 
shopenquiries@grange.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
